Before contacting us with any queries you may have please check the FAQs to see whether your question may have already been answered.
Is all of your glass recycled?
Yes, all of our glass is individually made from bottles. Due to the natural colour and size variations in bottles products may vary from the pictures shown, but we try very hard to maintain uniformity.
What is Paypal and is it safe?
Paypal is one of the safest methods of paying via the internet. There's no need to have an account either, just follow the steps for an instant transaction. Once we have received your order and payment, we will send you your order that same day. (please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive, especially around popular times of the year).
I want to personalise a gift, how do I go about it?
The majority of our products have the option to be personalised through a method called sand-etching or decal printing. Give us a call on 01271 267110 to discuss it with one of our design team.
What happens if my delivery arrives broken?
We will replace all broken deliveries as soon as they are brought to our attention. Although we have no control over the delivery drivers, if your order arrives in an unfit state you should take down the delivery details: name of driver, name of company, approx time
These details are not a necessity but will help us try and prevent it for future deliveries. You can then contact us with these details and we will give you the offer of a replacement free of charge.
Can I return my items?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchases but if you'd like to return something our return policy states that any products can be returned with proof of purchase within ten days of receipt.
Where are you based, and can I visit?
We love to have visitors, it gives us a chance to show you how all these wonderful products are made. We are based in Barnstaple, North Devon. We are just a stone throw from the golden sandy beaches of Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands and the surfers favourite- Croyde Beach just down the road.
